Commercial Material Solutions LLC (CMS) has a history of partnering with our landscape and construction contractors to deliver complex projects.  CMS doesn’t “order take”.  CMS gets involved at the beginning of the project where CMS understands the project details, challenges, project plan and required materials to make the project successful.

1,000 cubic yards of soil and 700 tons of Root Zone Sand

All material needed to be bagged.  Highly restrictive tight time frame for delivery due to road closures, crane schedule and material needed to be ready even with inclement weather.  All loading was during weekend evenings.

Produced 1,000+ sacks of sand and soil in an offsite location.  Secured 15semi-trailers so all material could be pre-loaded for overnight transport.  Provided all of the logistics of deliveries and planned schedules to efficiently manage crane operations.

800+ lineal feet of streambank on high flow stream

The site was in a difficult/remote location.  Specified material was from a quarry a long distance away.  Due to eroding of a bridge support, project needed to be completed as quickly as possible.

We worked with a closer quarry to produce the specified material to ultimately save on trucking costs of project.   CMS worked with contractor to supply all needed materials included aggregates, fabrics, geogrids, erosion control blankets, accessories and all logistics so they could focus on completing the work rather than hunting down material.

All material was delivered successfully, on time and under budget.  Project was completed faster than anticipated.  Municipality was so impressed they awarded the contractor additional work on a few other projects in the area.
